Returns and Eligibility: We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  2. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No Exchanges: Returns are accepted only for damaged items or in cases where an incorrect item was shipped due to our error. No exceptions."

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. The same conditions apply as stated above, including the item's condition, packaging, and the need for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
